FOOD SAFETY & COVID PREVENTIVE MEASURES

We observe the newest Singapore’s COVID-19 safety measures while constantly reviewing our wellness, hygiene, and safety practices, to reassure our customers that the food prepared is fit for consumption.

LAVISH has implemented the following measures within the company, kitchen facilities, and delivery process:

1- Mandatory TraceTogether Check-in and body temperature taking for all staff and visitors.
2- Mandatory submission of travel declarations is required for all staff.
3- Mandatory mask-up practice and to ensure high standards of personal hygiene are maintained for all staff.
4- Continue upholding the company's hygiene practices by our team of food safety & hygiene officers.
5- Increase cleaning and sanitizing frequency within premises and delivery vehicles.
6- Constantly updating employees on the latest rules and practices passed down by the government authorities.
7- Only source ingredients from trusted farmers, manufacturers, and suppliers.

GENERAL

Yes, LAVISH is certified Halal by MUIS.
Yes, we will prepare vegetarian packed meals separately. Please check with us on the vegetarian menus available.
According to SFA guidelines, food is best consumed within a 4-hour timeframe from the first prepared dish. However, after considering the time required from cooking to delivery, you will have an estimated 2 hours of eating time. Timestamp indication is available for all delivered meals, recommending the best time for consumption.

ORDERS & DELIVERY

Orders should be placed and confirmed at least 4 working days for small-scale corporate events (approx. X pax), and at least 7 working days for large-scale corporate events (approx. Y pax).
Yes, our delivery fleet works daily except for the first 2 days of Chinese New Year.
Our delivery timings: Lunch – 10 AM to 1 PM and Dinner 3 PM to 7 PM.
Unfortunately, we cannot facilitate special requests as our drivers are required to follow their planned routes. However, we will try to meet the nearest requested timing.
Yes, we do send to multiple locations. Please indicate your request when our Sales Team reaches out to you or vice versa.
Yes, there is a minimum order of 20 per menu/item.

OUR EVENT SERVICES

We are vastly experienced in M.I.C.E, corporate thematic events, and weddings, and are fit to offer some professional advice as other event planners do. We also recommend bespoke menus that are specially curated to suit your preference and function needs.
Yes, simply allow us to know the nature of your function, the estimated number of guests, and the budget.
We recommend menu planning and venue sourcing at least 3 months ahead for large-scale events (approx. X pax), and at least 1 month ahead for small-scale events (approx. X pax).

CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT

- There will be no refund for cancellation of orders less than 3 working days prior to the event date.
- There will be a 50% charge on the total bill if orders are cancelled or postponed 3 working days prior to the event date.
Postponement, menu and delivery changes are not acceptable in less than 3 working days prior to the event date.

All cancellation and postponement of orders must be made in writing and agreed by both parties
