TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• A minimum of 30pax per menu  is required.
• All prices are inclusive of GST.
• All items are subject to availability, in the case of any items not available, you will receive notification from us via call/email.
• Orders for all items to be made at least 3 working days in advance before 3.00pm from Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
• Self-collection is available at 8A Admiralty Street #03-21, Food Xchange @ Admiralty S757437.
• The delivery time slot is subject to availability and the actual delivery time may vary from 30 mins before or after the stipulated delivery timing.
• Prices are subject to changes without prior notice. Not valid for any further discounts, including VIP discount cards, any form of vouchers and credit card discounts.
• Provision of Full Sets of Disposable Wares & Serviettes.
• Food is best consumed within 2 hours from delivery/collection time.
• Food pictures are for illustration purposes only.
• All menus and dishes are subject to changes or withdrawal without prior notice at the sole discretion of the company.
• Booking is based on a first-come-first-served basis.
• The menu is not applicable for certain venue.

OTHER CHARGES

• There will be an additional surcharge of $16.05 (w/gst) for delivery to CBD areas, Tuas, Sentosa, and Jurong Island areas.
• Surcharge of $32.10 (w/gst) is applicable in addition to the standard transport charge for any delivery before 9am.
• Any order cancellation must be made within 2 working days and verified by Lavish Dine Sales Personnel (via email), otherwise a penalty of 50% of the total bill shall be charged.
• Service Charge of 10% on all F&B and Logistics (except for transportation fee) will apply for any booking made from 1^st July 2022 onwards.
